Chairman、President
Mr. Li Liangbin (李良彬) (“Mr. Li”), aged 56, holds a master’s degree in business administration from Renmin University of China. He was appointed as the Chairman of the first session of Board and our Director on 6 December 6 2007. He was appointed as the Chairman, executive Director of the second, third and fourth sessions of the Board and the President of the Company (the “President”) from 27 December 2010, and the Chairman and executive Director of the fifth session of the Board and the President on 24 March 2020. On 3 February 2023, Mr. Li resigned voluntarily as the President. Mr. Li is our largest Shareholder and founder. He is primarily responsible for the overall management of our Company’s business strategies and operations. Mr. Li has almost 30 years of experience in the lithium industry. He currently serves as a director in a number of companies in which our Company has equity interests, including certain subsidiaries of our Company. Mr. Li has been serving as the vice president of the China Nonferrous Metal Industry Association, Lithium Branch (中國(guó)有色金屬工業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)鋰業(yè)分會(huì)). He was selected into the first batch of leading entrepreneurial talents in the Ganpo Talents 555 Project (贛鄱英才555工程), and the National Ten Million Talents (國(guó)家百千萬(wàn)人才); Mr. Li was awarded the “Outstanding Entrepreneur of Jiangxi Province”, “May Day Labor Medal of Jiangxi Province”, “Top 100 Outstanding Entrepreneur of China”, “China Economic News Figure – 2021 Top 10 Economic Person of the Year (中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)新聞人物– 2021十大經(jīng)濟(jì)年度人物)”, and “The Third (2021) Economic Person of the Year in China’s Nonferrous Metal Industry (第三屆(2021)中國(guó)有色金屬工業(yè)年度經(jīng)濟(jì)人物)”, etc.
